After his HBO-diploma in Management Joost gained many years of experience as a sales advisor in the world of insurance in the pensions sector.
At Horatio Joost is the first to speak to clients as manager marketing and sales. He is responsible for client administration, acquisition, organising seminars, drawing up mailings and marketing and sales in the broadest possible sense. In the area of financial services Joost has his own portefeuille; he takes care of transaction mediation for the selling and buying of businesses. To keep his knowledge up to date Joost spends part of his leisure time in following courses on financial matters.

I am an active and energetic person and the fact that my work is never the same for two days running either in content or in practice, gives me energy. In the morning I can be occupied organising a seminar, making sure that a mailing of an information folder goes out then I have a lunch appointment with a client who is in the process of selling his business. In the afternoon I have a business presentation in our office in the WTC. In the evening I am regularly occupied in developing new ideas for a product”.
